Good to Know

The programme presentation of Sommerszene provides the perfect opportunity to get a detailed overview of the pieces chosen for the festival. Artistic director Angela Glechner talks about the content, aesthetics, and formats of performances, and some of the artists will share stories of the way they work and ongoing rehearsal processes.

hosted by Obertrumer Original

On four different evenings we invite you to take part in a new Sommerszene event:
the STAMMTISCH. Taking its name from a regular table in a bar, each session of the STAMMTISCH has two hosts. Artists and experts from various disciplines will join you in conversation about anything and everything: art and everyday life, culture and the politics of society and of course also about the festival programme. This makes the STAMMTISCH the ideal meeting point for everyone who likes sitting down together, listening, discovering new things and joining in conversations. We look forward to seeing you at the STAMMTISCH and promise not to run out of things to talk about. Oh – and there will be plenty to drink, too.
